Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

Returns & refunds

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please see our full return policy for details.

Restocking fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
